Honestly: Take the break you just got and enjoy the novelty of 'writer's/composer's block' while you still can.

You'll get better and more detailed advice in the forums, but common approaches to that problem are subjecting yourself to things you usually don't engage with: Going for a walk in different places, learning about different cultures, looking at art from "undiscovered" artists*, trying out a new series, playing a new game (dealing with unfamiliar problems)...

Its sad to see you go but, honestly you deserve it. You have inspired me, just make sure if you do ever come back to making music don't stress yourself out too much.
